Data deletion
How to delete the data Nashir holds about you, including data received from Facebook and Instagram.
Delete your whole account
1. Sign in, open Settings, choose "Delete Account" at the bottom and confirm.
2. Your account, workspaces you own, connected channels and their tokens, posts and inbox data are deleted. Tokens are deleted at once, the rest within 30 days.
Disconnect one channel only
In the calendar, open the channel's menu (⋯ next to its picture) and choose "Delete". Its access token is deleted at once and its data within 30 days.
Remove our access from Facebook or Instagram
Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select Nashir → Remove. Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Remove.
Removing our access stops all data collection immediately; to also delete what we already hold, delete your account or write to us.

Write to contact@nashir.link from your account's email address with the subject "Data deletion". We answer within 30 days.
