Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Nashir. By creating an account you accept them. Last updated: 2026-10-29.

1. The service

Nashir is an online tool to manage social media accounts (publishing, inbox, approvals, analytics, reports), operated by [to complete], Auto-entrepreneur (card no. [to complete]), [to complete].

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your password secret and are responsible for the activity of your workspace and teammates.

You may only connect accounts and Pages that you own or are authorised to manage.

3. The networks' rules

When you use Nashir with a network you must also respect that network's terms and policies (for example the Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards, the TikTok Terms of Service, the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms, LinkedIn's User Agreement).

Features depend on what each network allows; a network may change or stop its API at any time.

4. Acceptable use

  • No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading or illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights.
  • No attempt to break, overload or bypass the security of the service.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans are bought for one month or one year at a time, in Algerian dinars, by CIB or Edahabia card through SofizPay. There is no automatic renewal: the plan ends on its date unless you renew it, and the workspace then returns to the free plan.

Prices are shown before payment. A payment is confirmed only when SofizPay confirms it. For any payment problem, contact us at contact@nashir.link.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to your content. You allow us to store and send it to the networks you choose, only to provide the service.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, especially when a network changes its API. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Ending

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end the service with 30 days' notice.

9. Law

These terms are governed by Algerian law. Disputes are brought before the competent Algerian courts, after an attempt to settle them amicably.
